JM Maison sells fashion/artificial jewelry. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, our pieces are made from alloy bases with gold-tone or silver-tone finishes, and any stones used are artificial (cubic zirconia, glass, resin, or similar). We do not sell gold-plated jewelry, sterling silver, or genuine gemstones unless a specific product is clearly described as such. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variation in color or finish may occur due to screen display or lighting.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Orders can be placed via our website checkout, WhatsApp, or Instagram. An order is confirmed once we contact you to verify details. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Full payment is collected upon delivery of your order.
Orders typically dispatch within 2–3 business days. Delivery charges are PKR 200 for orders under PKR 1,000, and free for orders of PKR 1,000 and above. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
JM Maison is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
